Who We Are
The 80s Leos North America is a vibrant community of former Leo Club members—the youth wing of Lions Clubs International—who served actively throughout the 1980s. As proud alumni of various Leo Clubs in District 404, Nigeria, we grew up living the values of leadership, service, friendship, and community impact.
Our journey began in the energetic club rooms, project sites, and service events of our youth. Those memorable days—filled with leadership training, community service, charity projects, competitions, socials, and lifelong camaraderie—shaped us into the individuals we are today. These shared experiences laid the foundation for a remarkable global family that continues to flourish across continents.
Now residing in North America and other parts of the world, we remain united by the same spirit that bonded us decades ago: loyalty, service, love, and friendship. Although time and distance have separated us physically, the values and relationships we built as Leos still bind us together.
This website was created to strengthen that bond. It serves as a central platform where members can stay connected, informed, and inspired. Here, we celebrate our rich history, preserve our shared memories, and build new ones as we continue to support each other and uphold the ideals that defined our Leo Club years.
